Description

Model ETX-EVAL is an ideal development platform for all ETX projects. Based on the ATX motherboard footprint, the ETX-EVAL has all ETX standard I/O connections brought out such as IDE, FDD, parallel, two serial ports, RJ45 ethernet and a total of four USB ports. In addition to a standard VGA connector, a FFC JILI connector is provided that can drive any LVDS or LCD flat panel with optional panel specific cabling. The motherboard is I/O expandable via four PCI and three ISA slots to install application specific I/O boards. With included ATX and Baby AT power connectors, almost any available PC power supply can be used. For ease of development, standard PS/2 receptacles for keyboard and mouse are provided. Both piezo speaker and reset button are provided as well as Line IN/OUT, microphone and speaker connectors. Hexadecimal display for Port80 Post Code is conveniently mounted for diagnostic assistance. IRDA signals are available on the baseboard through a pin header connector. For specific availability of tested ETX CPU modules, contact ACCES I/O for model and price.
